How to Register for Wasfaty Service:

The pharmacy must provide the following up-to-date, valid, and legally compliant documents:

A copy of the commercial registration.
Zakat and Income Certificate.
VAT Registration Certificate.
A stamped client IBAN certificate from the bank.
Fill out the pharmacy’s details in the attached Establishment Registration table.
A signed and stamped copy of the agreement between VitaCare and the pharmacy owner.
A signed, stamped, and certified copy from the Chamber of Commerce of the attached authorization.
