What is Wasfaty service?

Wasfaty is one of the services provided by the National Unified Procurement Company for Medicines, Medical Devices, and Supplies (NUPCO) in collaboration with the Ministry of Health in the Kingdom. Wasfaty contributes to achieving the aspirations of Saudi Vision 2030 by improving the quality of life. It is an advanced electronic service aimed at enhancing healthcare services and ensuring the availability of medications by linking hospitals and primary healthcare centers with community pharmacies. This facilitates patients in receiving their medications from the nearest community pharmacy for free.

How to Register for Wasfaty Service:

The pharmacy must provide the following up-to-date, valid, and legally compliant documents:

A copy of the commercial registration.
Zakat and Income Certificate.
VAT Registration Certificate.
A stamped client IBAN certificate from the bank.
Fill out the pharmacy’s details in the attached Establishment Registration table.
A signed and stamped copy of the agreement between VitaCare and the pharmacy owner.
A signed, stamped, and certified copy from the Chamber of Commerce of the attached authorization.

VitaCare is registered as an approved supplier for Wasfaty service with NUPCO. VitaCare commits to compensating the pharmacy for the difference between the approved medication price at NUPCO and the cost price for the pharmacy’s items dispensed specifically for Wasfaty.
