Established in 2021, VitaCare emerged to support pharmacies and healthcare institutions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We found the pharmacy supply and procurement process to be scattered and heavily reliant on long and outdated processes that neither serve the business nor its customers.
Driven by the Kingdom’s thirst for tech adoption and growth and in line with the Vision 2030, we built VitaCare to support that growth and help pharmacies embrace technology, digitization, and sustainability.
VitaCare aims to be the go-to end-to-end platform for the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries in Saudi Arabia. We aim to do so by offering pharmacies 100% of their needs, round the clock.
We do this by transforming the pharma and healthcare industries by promoting tech adoption to drive business growth, revenue, and retention.
We want to provide the pharmaceutical and medical healthcare ecosystem with solutions that drive sustainability, growth, and revenue.
We want to drive the next generation of healthcare and pharma businesses not only in the Kingdom, but also across the broader Middle East and North Africa.
We believe that to be sustainable and continuously grow in today’s fast-paced, tech-focused digital world, pharmacies and healthcare establishments need to adopt tech.
This includes understanding and using automation tools, digitizing various manual processes, and using technology.
By adopting pharmacy technology, pharmacy chains can benefit from automation and digitization. They can also streamline pharmacy supply and procurement processes, use customer relationship management (CRM) software, and benefit from enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, which includes inventory and supply management and improved control and visibility features.
Accordingly, we launched products such as Vita Guardian, Vita 360, Vita Design, among others to support Saudi and Middle Eastern pharmacies through tech, reporting, design, and revenue management solutions.
